    Excellent video pointing out just how little some real estate agents think they can do to earn their commission. We recently sold a house and excellent photos and presentation played a big role. Make sure you’re working with real professionals who excel at presenting your home’s best face!

    Thanks, Cindy. I have to give credit to Ryan Ward for this one.

    With all the folks house hunting online, it’s imperative that photos sell the sizzle. Not sure pictures of toilets add to the marketing package.
